what to do if my child goes pus in motion? what is the solution for it? and what is the reason for ejection pus motion?

the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial)
examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and endsure adequate glucose level in the body.
syp emeset / ondem 5ml for vomiting.
