A. Hello good morning !! Do gentle tummy massage with coconut/castor oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction . Include fibre rich foods - Papaya purie,mashed banana,steamed and mashed apple,carrot, potato ,roti with dal/curd,porridge, ragi in regular meals,enough water and fluids increase bowel movement and avoids constipation.
