ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. hi, Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day . offer dairy products, youghrt, Cheese, paneer, buttermilk. Replace plain milk with various dishes such as milkshakes and smoothies.
