Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy11 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Do tummy massage apply warm coconut oil or castor oil gently massage for 5-8 minutes in clockwise direction with finger tips this will relieve from gas ,constipation issues.
Include fibre rich foods(fruits,vegetables ,grains,pulses,water,fluids these will increase bowel movements avoid constipation
