shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear if it is very low like it if it is less than 5 then this is a serious condition but if it is in between 10 to 12 then it is average and there is nothing to worry about you need to take a protein rich diet have Vitamin C and take more liquid
