Q.
What to do for weight gain for 13 month old baby boy. he don't eat properly his weight is 9.5 kg only which is under weight. please suggest what to do.!

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Weight is not bad according to the baby's age.. not to worry about the weight much if the baby is active and healthy otherwise
give all the family foods to the baby three meals in between snacks all the seasonal fruits vegetables dairy products etc to the baby
include dry fruits ghee full cream milk potato beetroot avocado sweet potato banana etc in the baby's diet
