what to do for my 4 year old girl having a continuous dry cough after using antibiotics ? both fever & cold got reduced but not dry cough ๐ท

Maybe the doctor did not suggest any precise medicine for dry cough and for what purpose have you given these antibiotics that is not clear to me so itโs better to consult your doctor again for medicine for dry cough as they totally separate as compare to the other medicine and antibiotics usually
