Start syrup zinconia 5 ml once a day for 15 days. Apply candid ointment in the affected area regularly for 2 to 3 times a day for 15 days.

Ma’am without understanding the reference to what kind of an issue are you facing it would be difficult so if it is on the external part then you can consult your paediatrician but if it is in the internal part should get examined with an ENT doctor they’ll be able to help you and advise you correctly after examining your child
