Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, You should take the child for early sunrise as sunlight is the source of vitamin D and it's good to expose baby with it. There is not fixed duration just ensure the weather is not too cold nor too hot for the baby, 10-15 minutes are fine as per the baby comfort. Generally, 6 am to 9 am is good time fir sun exposure.
