what suppliments can be given to the kid in case if they are not drinking milk?

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...give ur kid other sources of calcium if they r not taking milk. u may add a bowl of curd in his diet, paneer cubes, buttermilk, lassi.. these will fulfill his calcium requirements.
