U Just have to exclusively breastfeed the child so if you think that you’re breastfeeding is not sufficient for the child for a proper weight and then consult your lactation doctor and start giving formula feeding to the child because when mothers cannot produce sufficient breastfeeding or healthy best feeling for the child then it’s important to switch to formula feeding them
