NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the babies birth weight will reduce first and then the baby will start gaining and if the baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry about not a problem
