after completion of 6 months age,as we just
start giving semisolid food to a child ,it is advisable to start with food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest
once baby accept it well,feel comfortable with it , you may add other food items like different vegetables and fruits puree, porridge, sheera, rab etc in your child diet
