A lot of kids know A to Z at this age 1 to 10 at this age because you know kids normally start to learn these things from the age of 18 months to 2 years with the help of books and flashcards and all so little bit they know not necessarily 8 to Z but yes some alphabets can recognise some they can say very well and not at all total zero because they have not learnt it before but all these situations are completely normal for a four year old child
