A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf, ajwain in your diet to increase breastmilk supply. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk, the better supply.
