ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, to increase immunity and weight of your 3 years old child, balanced homemade diet is the basis. Child's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts.
seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important.
curd, mint, turmeric, ginger should be included.
