Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hai good evening !! From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day gradually start evening too and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits powder, idly, Sooji Oats porridge/kheer.. avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods..
Use ghee, unsalted butter.
