foods such as rice roti dal rajma lobia etc
ghee milk panner etc
eggs if preferred chicken etc
dry fruits nuts & seeds

potato,dals,parantha,idly,cerelac,ghee,cheese,
butter ,curd,kichdi,curd rice ,paneer,nuts powder ,nuts barfi, egg(boiled egg/omlet/scrambled egg,meat ,poultry along with fresh fruits,vegetables,leafy greens in regular meals.
