Hello ma’am You should be giving proper dinner what you are eating at home it could be Dal rice Roti sabji stuff Paratha anything that you want to eat yourself you can give the same food to your child but make sure that after 2 to 2 1/2 of dinner you do give milk to your child before you put your child to bed
