give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation make meal time fun
