A. weight id is good, Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. tcc
