Hello mom If the child is active his age and is eating well a little variation is always acceptable giving foods such as dry fruits and nuts ,seasonal fruits and vegetables dals , whole grains like Chana, Rajma etc cereals like rice, wheat ,oats ,millets like ragi, milk ,Paneer , ghee can be given as well

Currently your child is having a decent an appropriate weight you can just continue feeding the child in the same manner in Patan whatever you have been giving this increase the amount of carbs and fats into your child’s daily diet which is going to help and balance it with good amount of fibre rich diet as wellWrite Your Answer Here
