What should I do if I am not getting milk to feed my baby?

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as dhomemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ) also tadke multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.

A. a powder give u in the hospital... two spoon powder put in a one glass milk... and drink it. it help u to get more breast milk

A. You can take support of lactation supplements if you want to that’s going to be quite helpful for you along with that also I would advise if needed you can take support of formula feeding as well for your child
