A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as. reduce amount of milk and try to give normal diet to your child . .

A. U Should give iron supplement more of pomegranate spinach beetroot and broccoli these are the highest source of iron in vegetarian food and also you should definitely take a consultation from a nutritionist ones I can guide you better and with more clarity than WhatsApp
