Q.

my baby 4 month old . ...I seen something white like cream on his potty area...my baby also has constipation problem he is not poop 7-8 days and lastly I HV to used baby animia....I give him outlet and lectoluse prescribed by Dr bt it's not working what can I do now??

A. you may increase the dose Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. Hello dear It seems like child is having severe constipation problem which is very normal for the child at this age am but still if it is very severe then you can definitely be in touch with your doctor and you can give massage on the stomach of the child in clockwise and anticlockwise position with warm oil do cycling with his legs and give him tummy time. This will help him to pass is so stool properly and if u r a breastfeeding mother, you should definitely take care of your diet as well.
