Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Around one year babies triple their birth weight. One year old should be in 7.5 kg -10.5kg and height should be 72-76cm. However baby increase by cm every 2-3 months so have a track on height increase by 2-3 months. Include protein, carbohydrates, calcium foods which increase height and weight. Expose baby to sun daily for vitamin D source bones strength and height.
