Author of questionMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Thanks for your response. His weight is 18.5kgs so what can i do to increase his weight... his portion size is very less but physical activity is more hence I am worried.

The weight should be anywhere between 20-24 kgs..Also if ur child is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development of the child
