Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi baby after birth loses 10-15% weight in 1st 10 days after birth after this, baby gains 400 to 500 gm every month By end of 3 months baby gains 1-1.5 kg from the birth weight
