Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good morning !! In the initial weeks of pregnancy that is until 12-15 weeks the foetus size is very small around lemon size - pear size in gms only . The heart beat of the foetus is high 110-140 beats per minute compared to elders.
