In 1 year, ost 9f the toddlers are very active and show less interest in eating, therefore it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given in smaller quantities. There are are variety of foods that can be included in baby's diet. Feed chapati with paneer gravy, rice with dal, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, bean and beetroot cheela, veg cutlet, pan cake, waffle, legumes, ghee, curd, coconut water, buttermilk, fresh juices, idli-dosa with sambhar, upma, poha, stuffed parantha, etc. Feed 3 main meals, 2 times healthy snacks and 2-3 times milk.
