NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello babies birth weight will reduce first and then baby starts gaining and if baby is gaining a minimum of 150 GMS to 200 GMS per week then it's a good weight gain and it means that the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and is absolutely nothing to worry
