what should be ideal weight of 2years old baby.? can you please suggest some healthy breakfast for baby

A. Hello good afternoon !! The ideal weight of two year old should be 8.5-13 kg. If baby is active and achieving milestones then no need to worry about weight. Feed 3 meals include protein, high calorie foods which increase weight. Idly with ghee, urad dal dosa, lentils dosa,dal kichdi,ragi porridge with ghee, cerelac with pulses, grains, fruits/vegetables, dry fruits powder,egg (boiled egg or scrambled egg/omlet, stuffed roti/paratha are healthy breakfast recipes. Banana,mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits powder,egg, meat, fish helps in increasing baby's weight.
