What should be dose of ibugesic plus for 37 kg weight. he has fatigue and mild fever

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is advisable to give only paracetamol and not ibugesic plus for this problem. the dosage of paracetamol will be will be paracetamol 250 mg 10 ml for fever and pain. you can repeat paracetamol after every 6 hours if needed
