What’s the reason my 2 month baby having this white patches on her face

White patches usually are seen on the skin due to dryness and sometimes fungal infection they could be all other issues also associated with this so to be sure about it if you get examined with your doctor they can tell you the right reason and can proceed with the treatment accordingly
