what's the normal body temperature of a newborn baby? why my has fever during evening hours only and the he's fine. it's happening from last 3days

A. the normal body temperature is 98.4 degree Fahrenheit and up to 99 degrees also it is the normal no need for medication just maintain good hydration for baby and keep him in a comfortable room temperature
