A. thank you for reaching out to answer this question please note a healthy food routine for your 5 year old is what you follow as a family make sure you're starting the day with either a fruit or breakfast and then giving a mid morning snack which could be a salad or fruit and then followed by lunch and eat whatever you eat as a family force that you could offer a snack again and in the day with dinner measure your limiting milk intake to 300 ml a day
