Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlersf may havve night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Hello The child should be completely exhausted before the child goes to sleep because that’s the time kids normally sleep throughout the night it’s very normal so you can just to engage your child into some activity through the day and after that hopefully once your child gets tired your child is going to sleep
