Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may r have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be mvanaged accordingly.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello ypu can try to set a bedtime routine for the baby which can help and also try with rhymes being played or soft music wich can also be help and you can try to read out stories or any books which can also be a good option and slowly develop the habit
