What quantity we should add dry fruit powder in 10 month old baby food meal

A. 1 tsf of powder in whole day.. is sufficient. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

A. quarter teaspoon per meal is sufficient

A. A Teaspoon or 2 teaspoon maximum you can use at one point of time so dry fruits are a little bit of hot is your nature is a you try to use it to teaspoon in a day like one time you give 1 teaspoon and the other time also won two teaspoons per day
