You can go ahead with giving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diet to the child in terms of protein if you looking for something specific in terms of protein powder then you have to check with your doctor for that because we do not recommend you to give anything to the child that we should always focus upon the natural substitute rather than the powdered options
