A. please show. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. Just clean it with any proper anti septic liquid and after that you should apply better than on to the affected area and if required on you should definitely get it checked with your doctor as well because the personal assessment of the thing is certainly going to be much important for you to understand what the situation is like
