what nutrition should give to my 8 year old child for bones health?

A. Namaste Mom, Sunlight exposure if of great help and good source of vitamin D which along with calcium is necessary for bone health. You can include foods such as green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds, milk , panner, legumes such as lobia , chana , rajma etc chicken ,eggs
