Q.

What medicine can be given to a 10 month old baby for constipation, passing a hard stool?Though she has vegetable stew, water intake is also more and ripe papaya.Please suggest?

A. Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Changes in diet has to be made Specially give papaya, banana, oats, fennel seeds water pear, prune, pineapple, resins, plum as it will help in decreasing constipation. Even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you tox know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool.

A. If your child is having constipation or hard motion issue then the only best ways to give more of liquids that you’re already giving I’m just going to recommend you to give buttermilk also twice in a day apply some castor oil maybe a drop or so in the Naval of the child before sleeping that will also also help a lot
