what kind of foods and drinks should be given in summers which keep them hydrated and give them perfect nutrition?

A. Dear Mother it is always recommended to go with the nature that is the fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables should be taken and this helps in good growth as well as maintaining hydration giving coconut water is highly recommended water at change of season it should also be given regularly fresh fruits like watermelon muskmelon cucumber is et cetera should be keep given in this seasonWrite Your Answer Here
