some nutrients like vitamin C A and d are very good for immune building hence make sure you are incorporating all kinds of fresh citrus fruits variety of vegetables and whole grains in your baby's diet also include small quantity of a nuts on daily basis. if your baby is very small you can give it in powdered form in their porridges

Let the baby be physically active as much as possible. Give good sun light exposure. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Good luck and take care.
