Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us for this question please note that as early as your baby turns one year old you can transfer your baby to family food that is the food that you eat as a family is absolutely ok to go at with that and not cook any separate and special meals for your child
