You can expand your baby's diet to include soft foods such as yogurt, oatmeal, mashed banana, mashed potatoes, or even thicker or lumpy pureed vegetables. Eggs (including scrambled) are an excellent source of protein, as are cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and avocado.

Hi, you can start solids when the baby turns 10 months old. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks
