the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you should be giving a well balanced food in the diet for the child and include fruits banana avocado potato sweet potato chiku and apple and seasonal fruits along with fruits you should also include vegetables and you can give a well balance food in the diet
