Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of gas ,food reaction or Infection so please avoid Food items like bakery products, oily spicy food give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more encourage your child to do more physical activities
