A. dear Mum if baby is otherwise active alert gaining adequate weight then foamy stool should not be a problem at one time feed from only one breast try exclusively Breastfeeding baby it is best practice

A. Yes she is active gaining weight... yesterday she had taken DTP IPV and PCV vaccine is the reason of that and having low grade fever
